Capture this special season of pregnancy with a handcrafted Pregnancy Belly Bowl, created using the shape of your belly as the mold.
During your private session at Angie’s home pottery studio in Virginia Beach (near Great Neck and First Colonial), a thin slab of clay is carefully shaped over your belly to create an organic bowl form. You’ll be seated and comfortable throughout the process, with the clay remaining on your belly for approximately 30 minutes.
Once the shape is complete, you’ll choose your glaze colors and finish.
Your bowl will then be glazed and fired, and ready for pickup approximately 2 weeks after your session.
Recommended between 30–38 weeks of pregnancy

Add to your experience with an optional hand-building pottery project or a belly-pressed vase, featuring an indentation created from your pregnant belly.
Use your belly bowl as a serving bowl, display it as a piece of art, or use it to hold special keepsakes. After your baby arrives, you can even place your newborn inside the bowl for a sweet photo connecting the little one to the belly that carried them.
