This class is for the children who attend Parish Day School
Unlock your child’s creativity with this two-day introduction to pottery! We will explore the world of clay creating our own hand made Christmas trees. In the first class, students will craft their pieces from raw clay adding textures from Holiday themed rollers and textures. They will be using miniature Holiday cookie cutters to make ornaments as well.. These projects will then be taken to my home studio for a low-fire process. In the second classs, students will paint their fired pieces with special glaze paint. Once they have been high-fired for a professional finish, the completed unique masterpieces will be delivered back to the school.
Age Groups: 3-6(must be potty trained)
Times: Half Day 12:20-1, Full Day 1:10-1:50
Class Dates: 11/30 &12/2
Maximum Class Size: Limited to 10 students per class
